Perfect honeymoon location. We loved the views. It was perfectly placed between pigeon forge and gaitlanburg! Secluded enough to feel a sense of privacy but close enough to towns to be able to go enjoy the area on a whim. Will be booking again.

We love the cabin, the only issue was the location. I like to go sight seeing and I couldn\'t do it at the Enchanted cabin, outside of that, the cabin couldn\'t have been better. We were able to cook and wash clothes. We played pool and sat on the balcony to watch the sunset. The upstairs give a awesome view if the mountains. The jacuzzi rub was so relaxing and we had so much fun visiting ❤️

AWESOME! This is our second time staying with Smoky Mountain Chalet Rentals and will not be our last. We stayed in November of last year and then was just there for our 21yr anniversary. The chalet was in a great location, quite and good views. Planning our next trip now!

My boyfriend and I had the best time staying in the Enchanted cabin! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, provided breathtaking views off the deck, and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool table. The only thing we wished for during our stay was to spend more time at our cabin! On the flip side, the free tickets offered by Xplorie were so helpful for local attractions!! When we come back to Tennessee, we will definitely be staying with Smoky Mountain Chalets.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! The cabin was very clean and in great condition. I felt very safe in the location as it was near other homes, but at the same time it was very private and felt secluded. It was a perfect distance (5-10 mins) from everything we planned to do. We read other reviews so we brought just a few kitchen supplies as they provide the basics, navigating up was a breeze for us, and we brought 1 additional blanket. The views were incredibly peaceful, I loved hanging out on the back porch. My partner and I both agree that we would love to come back 100%!!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect location. Enchanted had the best views. Being 5 - 7 minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great. We have told so many people about our stay and they want the information. We loved the cabin layout, the privacy, the pool table and the hot tub. We also got to take our doggies with us and there are so many pet friendly options in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We also loved the added Xplorie option. We will definitely be booking Enchanted again!! Best vacation and so relaxing!!

Our experience with Smokey Moutain Chalet Rental was great. The booking information was easy to do on-line. I called the office for some information and the SMCR personnel were very helpful and answered all my questions. The chalet location was easy to find from the directions that were emailed to me. The chalet was very clean and stocked with the all the essentials. The hot tub that was on the outdoor balcony was very clean and well keep and in good working order. We stayed three days. I would recommend SMCR for a very relaxing time.

The cabin was lovely and romantic. The password for the Wifi incorrect on the laminated paperwork left for us, but that was an easy fix. We were able to find it on the Netgear router. I would\'ve preferred that TV were not SMART TV to watch Hulu or Netflix, but we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Overall if you are looking for a place to reconnect with your significant other the Enchanted Cabin is a must.

Exceptional, #1 vacation loved the cabin,Enchanted. Suggestion: upstair direct tv did not work and vacuum was clogged and filled. Had to empty vacuum and clean it out to get it to vacuum cabin. Arrived at the cabin and it was exactly as pictured. Fantastic views and the interior was extremely clean. Everything functioned properly and it was like stepping into a 5-Star resort. Our favorite spot was the deck overlooking the valley and the mountains in the distance. This was exactly what we expected. Nice and quiet. Within a 5-10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We were here celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it couldn't have been any better.
