Serenity
We celebrated our 20th anniversary in the Serenity cabin, which lives up to it\'s name. So quiet, private and stunning mountain views! Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We will definitely be back

Cabin was great. Very clean. Nice layout. Nice view!Suggestion would be a few more hangers and some nicer skillets. Customer service was really great, always answer! Loved it was between Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge.

Stress Relief
Overall experience was great. Property has fantastic amenities. I’d rate cleanliness about 8 out of 10 with floors, windows and dishes needing attention (lots of dead bugs, dirty windows and dirty pans). Hot tub had a service issue that was handled promptly. Excellent tim overall.

Mystic
Mystic was the perfect cabin for my daughter and I to visit Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for her spring break. It was clean and welcoming, and had everything that we needed. The pool table and hot tub made our down time in the cabin relaxing and fun. Everything was just as described and pictured on the website. The only thing we didn\'t love was that there were stink bugs but that is not the fault of the company - just nature. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Enchanted
Third time staying in an SMC cabin, we absolutely love coming to the Smokey Mountains and find the cabin locations ideal for our needs. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of wood supplied for the fireplace. The staff is very kind and worked with us on adding additional nights when an unexpected 10 inch snowfall came just before we were scheduled to leave. We have stayed in Cupids Dart, Grandmas Gift and most recently Enchanted. We will definitely be back. SMC is a treasure.

Bliss
Fantastic!!! Everything was fantastic!!! Cabin was as described and customer service from Smoky Mountain Chalets was incredible!
