Enchanted
Third time staying in an SMC cabin, we absolutely love coming to the Smokey Mountains and find the cabin locations ideal for our needs. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of wood supplied for the fireplace. The staff is very kind and worked with us on adding additional nights when an unexpected 10 inch snowfall came just before we were scheduled to leave. We have stayed in Cupids Dart, Grandmas Gift and most recently Enchanted. We will definitely be back. SMC is a treasure.

Fantastic!!! Everything was fantastic!!! Cabin was as described and customer service from Smoky Mountain Chalets was incredible!

Serenity
The Serenity Cabin was beautiful. Wonderful view and great hot tub. Only issue was a small leak from the kitchen ceiling when the shower was running, but other than that it was an amazing cabin!! Would definitely stay again.

Three Bears
Fast response, very understandable. Nice place. We had a little trouble with the Cabin on our first night but everything went well after they moved us to another Cabin .

Crimson Clover
The place was beautiful. Well equipped. Suggestion. Replace coffee pot with one that shuts off automatically. Leave info that the fireplace flue is already open. Had a great visit. Thank you!

Serenity
We recently stayed in the cabin “Serenity” and it was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was clean, and the staff were so helpful (I had to email them a few times and they were always so quick to respond). We will definitely be booking this place again in the future. The views from this specific cabin were amazing also. 10/10 recommend!

Always an amazing stay. The cabin is beautiful with an amazing overlook of mountain ranges. The space was clean and tidy and comfortable as ever.
