The Serenity Cabin was beautiful. Wonderful view and great hot tub. Only issue was a small leak from the kitchen ceiling when the shower was running, but other than that it was an amazing cabin!! Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was clean, and the staff were so helpful (I had to email them a few times and they were always so quick to respond). We will definitely be booking this place again in the future. We had the chalet called Serenity. Beautiful chalet inside and out. Hot tub on deck, fireplace, Whirlpool in bedroom. Absolutely wonderful view. Clean and updated and comfortable. Staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend Smoky Mountain Chalet Rentals and stay there again.

Very nice cabin. Great private location at end of road. Cabin was clean. Might be helpful to have one or two extra kitchen garbage bags for trash. Just a note for owners that there was a small leak from roof near the kitchen sink. Nothing major but might want to check out.

Surpassed Expectations. The Serenity cabin was more beautiful than pictures, had a great layout, spacious, private, and well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would use the same services again. Was a great value compared to what it costs to stay in a hotel in this area. Was centrally located to visit the national park, explore Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge.

The Chalet was the perfect little cottage getaway! Had the basic necessities needed for the stay. Knowing ahead of time what was provided, we supplemented what we knew we would need to get through our stay for the week. It’s in the PERFECT location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to get to it as well! Cant wait for our next adventure and will definitely be booking with this group again!

We loved staying at Serenity, the view was absolutely gorgeous, the cabin was clean and the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Over all we loved our stay and will stay with them again. The only downfall was the sun coming in the windows early morning so it was not easy to sleep in, maybe changing bed around will help. But it’s still a great cabin and our favorite so far.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Serenity. It was just the quiet retreat we were looking for. Located at the end of the driveway it was private and peaceful. The cabin was clean and the views were beautiful. Places we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were easy to get. The rental company was easy to communicate with and the entire process was very easy. I also appreciate that we could bring our senior dog to enjoy the trip with us.

I\'m going to make this simple for a certain demographic: If you\'re looking for a cabin that is close to town (south Pigeon Forge specifically) and still very private for a couple\'s get-away, then this place is hard to beat. The house is solid and comfortable, clean and dry; and made for two! The whole house is open, with the bedroom on the loft/mezzanine. The furniture and decor isn\'t fancy, but that\'s not what my wife and I were after. It is at the end of an already very private drive, and the only other houses around with line-of-sight is on the ridge across, probably 500 feet away or more; too far away to snoop. I would preface by saying that as I am writing this it is June, so the leaves on the trees are full. Hot tub on the back deck toward the downhill side, where the view from the tub is tree canopies, large bathtub in the bedroom... Stay here and go wild.

Serenity cabin was perfect! The setting was private and the view was incredibly beautiful. The location is very convenient between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The balcony with hot tub was so nice in the evenings, and the pool table was a fun amenity. For two people, the cabin was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans.

What an amazing cabin! It was clean, secluded, and beautiful views. You truly felt that you were away from reality. Location is perfect being in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinsburg. Gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. Jacuzzi was amazing at the end of a long day of hiking to settle in and relax.
